Great shop and tour man.. I'm a solo owner/operator in the DC/MD area, I have about 55 or so clients looking to get to 70 this season.. Btw, if you don't mind me asking how many employees and accounts does your company run? I like the fact that you seem to have a very efficient business model
@@ousamaabdu794 we run 3 full time guys plus myself and my brother. About 215 lawns. But very small in my area. Efficiency and tight routes man. All our 215 is within 8 miles of our shop
@@ousamaabdu794 it takes time man. It took about 8 years. Every year we cut loose a handful of we gain ones even closer. We get calls saying “I see your trucks and trailers everywhere” when we only run two crews a day. Only two trucks and two trailers on the road at most lol. But when you keep it tight that’s what people think
I absolutely love our wrights. Last year we bought a Scag V Ride 2 and it has 300 some hours. It has been back to the dealer 7 times. Absolutely horrible experience with scag. We did it just to test the waters. But never again. I’m going to make a video on that shortly
Thanks man! We absolutely love our wrights. I have some videos coming out soon on our wright mowers. I started with a wright walk behind and have had nothing but success since. They are an extra thousand or two more than a scag and other brands. But it’s absolutely worth it. We’ve had almost zero down time in the field running these machines for the last 6 years.
Y'all doing good who cares about a big shop lot of theses utubers are big followers most of them are deep n debt trying keep up with with the next utuber
Thanks man. Efficiency is key and saving money to retire. I don’t need to be in debt with a big shop when I’m 50 and still have to cut grass to pay it off lol
Hello rocher-brother I am a lawn care owner I had a question which is if you can give me the location of where you got your stake body truck from?please
@@roachbrotherslawncare2936Oh ok nice men.but I searched up on the internet Ford F-350 stake body truck and it appears but I don’t know what brand your is?so that is the main reason I’m asking Pluse I need one for my lawn care business. But like you did you don’t need one to start a lawn care business but I just really want/need one so yea.
@@Justin.mejia2012 yup. You have to go to a dealership for whichever specific brand of truck. Ford, ford dealership but these trucks are also in Chevy models
We work Saturdays everyday from April through the summer. That has given them plenty of overtime to save up for the Winter months. January and February no work. Unless it snows. I will lineup small jobs so we can work one full week the first week of February. Then we go back full time the last week of February. So realistically we do not work for one whole week month and two weeks. It’s better than nothing.
Motivation. Nice set up.
Absolutely is. Thanks man.
Nice shop and setup
Thank you!
Good to see someone else who actually has parts on hand! Dont know why more businesses dont have parts on hand it saves so muvh time
To me it was always common sense. I buy in bulk during the Winter. So everything is on hand during the busy season.
Great video thats a nice shop
Thanks man! Nothing fancy but it works!

When you’re not working in these slow months what do your employees do for work?
