there is such raw emotion with this song. I think that Jason Robert Brown writes and organizes the story so well to draw this emotion out of you. Knowing you are seeing Cathy's journey from End to Beginning and Jamie's journey from beginning to end makes this song in the middle such an epic success in drawing out emotion.

Why does Cathy's part modulate up in this version? It sounds too high and like it sits uncomfortably in her break. She has to flip into head voice from "die" and "knowing I"
