Or kuch karna pare ga mere ko inke sath ? But annexure - 3 ( A) jo certificate no cha rahi haye vah kayese pata chalega mereko ?
If you want to apply in Offline you should consult your neatest regional ESIC office. There they should explan everything in detail. And as per my knowledge, annexures must if the candidate is female for both Online & Offline application process. Ok
My father's sir name on ip portal is saw and, on marksheet is sah it does not match with my neet form or with my 10th and 12th marksheet. there is only a single alphabet mistake, please help mam... Will it be rejected ?? or not ..if I apply for ip certificate... please tell me...🥲help..
Sister sir name correct ho jaayga aapke father ka agr vo incorrect h toh but I don't think it will be reject bcoz ip number is more valuable than name.

Yes this is only for male 21 years not for female candidates but 1 condition for female candidates was unmarried
