He just checked into the same room I checked out of earlier that day at the High-Altitude Training Center in Iten. Super nice, chill down to Earth guy. I got a picture w him. I had just finished filming a short video of the HATC I stayed at for memories. Good luck at the Hamburg Marathon later this month sir! I loved the 10-K tempo run I ran on Moiben road!!!

Whenever i do the long run, my calf always feel very pain even after doing proper running drills, stretch up, and dynamic warm up. Is there any tips from you Luis to help me overcome this problem? 😅

One question: I am training for a half-marathon in sub 80mins and I was wondering if I should start to run my long runs at a greater effort than I normally do. At the moment I am averaging around 70-75% of my max heart rate which obviously feels pretty comfortable.
