Explanation is pretty well but i want to clarify myself. In an year we having 365days 5 hours 48 minutes and 56 seconds, so in an year we having almost 6 hours extra so in 4 years we'll be having 24 hours extra which will be added in February and as follows the year will be a leap year BUT actually having approximately 12minutes and in 4 years it'll be 12*4=48minutes means not even an hour BUT IN 100 years it'll be 12*100=1200minutes means 1200÷60=20hours so 24-20=5 hours therefore we having 5 hours extra every 100 years and hence it's not a leap year.... Am i correct?
