Yeah, Messiah is a trained and talented singer. I actually am learning the techniques he uses! But AFAIK there were certain personal problems (and rock star attitudes) that made it difficult for the other band members to co-operate with Messiah. Not happy about it, not at all.
i liked so much, great song, sound more heavy than doom (because Matt) and a slighty different from the Candlemass path. Great tune anyway. Aguante Candlemass.

But AFAIK he became a bit arrogant and self-satisfied, and the other band members thought it was impossible to work with someone who has such spoilt rockstar-attitudes - while they saw themselves as a group of metalheads who play just out of enthusiasm. Sad enough. But this new singer is not bad at all, even if he has a completely different style and attitude!

I can't believe I just discovered this band today. This is great doom metal. I hope Candlemass gets alot of fans.
