I may not be the most knowledgeable person about My Hero related things, but from what I can tell, the writing was great and so was your performance! It's been a while since I've watched the series, but from what I can recall from it, you captured Deku's essence and spirit. The rambling and nervous tone were both cute, and I thought they fit the character well. If this was something that made you genuinely happy - writing and portraying this character - then I think you could continue, if you wanted to. At the very least, you'll always have me to listen and give feedback :)
