Since our origins as bipedal humans, running, throwing, jumping has been our thing, chronicled by rock paintings. In our modern era of the internet and the super shoes, efforts like yours continues that tradition of sharing that story to those coming through. Its hard to build a model that works and to scale it so everyone on your team gets it is awesome. The new people get that DNA.
