The most unconventional start to a 147 as you will ever see, just shows how confident he is to go up and down the table and keep position. Table looked superb too, he barely had to hit the ball, it ran on beautifully. Great break.

Trump is the most talented player in the game today. He can pull off paranormal shots. No one comes close. And he will only get better. I predict he will dominate the game in the future, especially when ROS retires.
He did say most talented player in the game *today*. ROS best there's been of course but the action Judd got out of the cue ball to manoeuvre in difficult situations was astonishing. Not many other players could do that I feel.

His cueball control is extraordinary. We're talking millimetres and he's as cool as a breeze. Such a good guy too. And the Chinese crowd's reaction was amazing and different.

Utterly sublime positional play. And the cueing on that second to last red to the middle……….insane! Absolutely incredible.
@@kabukidreamboy We will never see anything like that again. I've never even seen anyone pot the black 4 times off a baulk line colour spot (I can't imagine I ever will) - so having that as part of a 147 is truly bizarre.
Years ago on ITV, James Wattana made the best ever controlled televised maximum, not a single recovery shot. He potted one black with his hand on the wood, every other shot was an easy pot. Nobody since has come close to that standard. Recovery shots are exciting for the audience, naturally though.

That was a crazy 147. The shot from the last black back to the yellow was tuff and he almost hit the pink which most likely would have ruined the shot and put a stop to the 147. I think Judd got a touch lucky on that shot. Well done in any case. ❤❤❤

Amazing. I still can't understand why Judd ignored the blue from the first few reds, preferring instead to take black, despite knowing black would return to brown spot. Complete genius.
I've seen 147s that posed more difficulties, but Trump kept it easy by almost perfect cueball control, with just one or two straying closer to the cushion than he'd have intended, though not enough to trouble him. Bravo!
What's surprising is that he actually went for a 147 from such an early stage - choosing to go for blacks on the brown spot when pink and blue were easier. He was 3-1 ahead and perhaps not the most important event!
