The device accur-check guide does not work and the service you receive is humiliating when you ask why the result is so different! I just got out of a conversation with a customer service person called Dunmola where he made it clear that the device does not work and I only wasted money, in other words the warranty is a joke. I never imagined this service coming from the Roche laboratory. Disappointing and unprofessional. Do not buy this device because it does not work.
