What a beautifully done game. It really, really manages to escalate things, not dwell on old jokes, make everything bigger and better, and wrap things up with a nice ending. Good on Valve for not teasing a third part as they're famous for. It's such a clean conclusion to a great small franchise.

If this was any other game company right now, We would have Portal 76, an online only subscription-based MMORPG, there would be 2 hours of grinding for in-game credits required to buy additional portal gun ammo while in-game companion cubes required to progress the story could only be purchased by donating half your blood and all non-vital organs to Valve.

I just thought of something after all this time. Is the Space core orbiting around Wheatley supposed to be a joke regarding how dense Wheatley is? for the record, you would not get lighter the closer you get to the earth's core. the reason gravity decreases as you move away from earth is because you're getting father from the core. the core is... the core. it's what gravity always goes towards no matter how you hit it. you'd get heavier, if anything. you'd also be crushed.
But as you go further and further down, less and less of the inside of the earth is pulling you downward and instead will be pulling you upward. Or something

Half man shoots Wheatley and he FUCKNG DIES, but John portal secretly loves him so she is man at half man. John portal runs away and half man has to find and apologize to her. However, the aliens find her and turn her into evil John portal. Half man must face off with evil John portal in an emotional battle as half man also loves John portal. Half man defeats john portal, and she starts to fade away, slowly dieing but then g man shows up and he’s liek “I can bring her back if you give me 10 hats” and sends half man back to earth to collect hats and return them to g man but then saxton hale thinks half man stole the hats so he’s mad and follows him to space and half man gives g man hats and saxton hale finds him and the two face off in an epic battle while John portal wakes up, and escapes with half man before the chimp ship explodes.
