Hey bruh I got 2 admit ur channel is actually 1 of my go 2 channels as of recent, i luv the channel, i also feel u R 1 of the more honest channels & more important u R up front whenever sum commenters may suggest u might be more leaning towards whatever the topic is, very commendable way i see it, i dont know u nor have we ever met but i do feel u are genuine in ur content u put out, more importantly is very useful & has been helpful for me where there R times I may have a hard time in listing the prices of sum of my beloved collection. (Gotta have sum kinda revenue coming in to keep up w/ the Jones, right ? )
Sad to say but my best buying opportunities are from guys who generally don't know how to budget their spending - fire sales to fix their car, pay their taxes or selling up for a bigger PC card and the like. My golden rule of thumb is don't play with what you can't afford to lose. Favourite bit was the side hustle, need to muscle in on that action! Do you actually speak or stand there like the Blez / Layton Case Break models? heh heh Scenery looks fantastic -pristine countryside indeed!
Yeah, I definitely wouldn't want to be in any sort of position where I felt forced to sell. If I 'needed' sports card in order to get something else in life, I think I'm doing something wrong. Ha. Yeah, my side hustle is pretty epic. I do have a script I read from, almost like a real wedding kind of feel, but all for the sake of them video editing together a (fake) wedding video. Plus, lots of photos too. But during the 'acting' part, they get most of the photos they need, so not much need for me to stand there looking pretty. The place is phenomenal though, I don't mind at driving up into the national forest for the photo shoots and enjoying the scenery on the way. It's a great drive.
By the way, after getting some things set up, I think I'm soon going to be able to offer a consignment service for people to sell their cards in China. I have learned a lot recently about it and I'm feeling much more confident now. Starting to send myself cards from the US even. I know you expressed an interest in that sort of thing in the past. If you may be interested in being the first customer, maybe you can send me an email (eyeofjavad@gmail.com) and we can discuss details. If not, no worries, but I'd rather the first customer be someone I feel I can trust and who is willing to kind of be the guinea pig.
@@scoa Yeah for sure, long weekend here so will get on to it on Monday. Not sure about my Yaos just yet, but definitely can move the Yis and Wang Zhi Zhis... #rhymingaccidentally Not sure I'd stick the bigger HOF names out there just yet either...but definitely keen to give it a whirl.
Me too. That's why I set up a kind of budget for myself. Otherwise I'm either overspending or constantly stopping myself from spending. Trying to find that middle way.
Good stuff
Glad you enjoyed it Jax!
