Thanks for watching! It was surreal to walk through a place like this in suburban New Jersey of all places, it felt like someone took a temple straight out of India and dropped it there, and with the snow and cold, it was even more memorable. The interior of the temple itself is also really impressive and intricately designed, I can't imagine how much effort went into building this. I feel like this place is still relatively unknown, but it was really worth the visit!
Yeah that's true & it looks big & magnificent. Thanks. Also, there're many snow Hindu temples in India & Buddhist temples & monasteries as well in the peaks of Himalayas in North India (Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh) & Buddhist temples & monasteries in North-East (in states like Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim) like one famous one is Kedarnath, temple of Shiva. It's beautiful & you have to trek for 20 kms uphill on mountain slopy road to go there. Wonderful experience.@@walkingdrivingincognito
@@try_dc6366 Interesting! I always thought of India as having a very warm climate, but I forgot about the remote regions near the Himalayas. Sounds like quite an adventure to get there!
