- When I want a nice bologna sandwich I love fixing these bologna club sandwiches. The thick cut Curtis brand bologna, cheese, bacon, and mayonnaise. It just hits right. Give it a try, I think you'll enjoy it.

Fried bologna sandwiches are a Southern staple. We always use to fry up bologna and throw it on some toast with a fried egg and cheese.
its a northern thing too. especially growing up poor in the 80s

I like smoked horseradish cheese. It's a white American cheese infused with horseradish and smoked. It's hard to find, but if you can I recommend it. It's good groceries. 😉

The one in this video is a culinary edition, just one with the fold out side table. The old one is gone to a new home. I have to bring them in and out to keep things fresh.

My favorite club sandwich was IHOP's hamburger club which they cut from the menu after a two-decade run. Same as any club but with a juicy hamburger patty instead of turkey, ham, et cetera. I've never forgiven them. 👈⬅

@@thehungryhussey Have you ever ordered the double quarter pounder from Mickey D's? Did you ask them to add another piece of bread to the burger? Neither have I. Your 1/2 lb fried bologna sandwich without the 3rd slice of bread would be the perfect meat to bread ratio. Sandwich still looks great and I would eat the heck out of it.
