I remember towns and the plazas used to be real busy and now they all look like ghost towns.do people just dont come outside anymore or what?
It still gets busy so i had to go early in the morning to capture the beautiful wall paintings. The event lasted 3 wonderful nights.
Santurce, P.R. buildings look like clowns. They can do better, everywhere you go these buildings need HELP. What's wrong with the government, can't they help these people renovate these buildings?
