In this video I show you how to service your first AI Automation Agency client using a real example of a client that I've serviced recently. How to sign your first AI Automation Agency client is going to be covered in an upcoming video so stay tuned for that!
The client in this video wanted an outwards facing chatbot that collected customer info and pushed them to a sales page, while also using a custom knowledge base for general support questions.
This client was signed for $1000 and has since paid an additional $2610 for a V2 with additional functionality. Typically the first stage costs $2000 - $3000 but this was a case study, discounted rate. While a very basic example it shows you what my process for servicing contract clients is like.

Is there any way for you to copy the backend for botpress and stackAI you have demonstrated in the video, remove all the private API keys and somehow share it (if the platform allows that, i.e like figma allows to invite viewers)? Seeing an already built backed model would really help us with the learning curve and figure out how these kind of chat bots are created.

Hey Liam, love the content you are putting out here. Just a quick question: do you charge your customers a monthly fee for maintaining / warranty / upgrading the chatbot? Or is it a one-off payment for them?
there's a ton of pricing options, but the most common one is charging a one time setup fee, and then charging a monthly maintaining fee
Just a quixk question. How do you track if the chatbot service actully benefit their buisness? How can it lead to more revenue for them?
So when you use botpress and stack AI. I know you said that you have them take over the bot so they pay for the subscription but how does that work? Do you just use a new email each time and give them the log in? Or can you switch it to them? Also how does that effect stack ai? Do you just sign up a free account and switch it with it or how exactly does it work?

I’m conflicted. On one hand I’m sad that jobs will initially be lost over this. However, businesses that utilize this early on will prosper and not be among the ones shut down due to those that do take advantage.
I am borderline obsessed with AI and my skillset aligns perfectly to this with regards to education.
I can make administrators, school boards, and teachers 100x more productive and competitive…at the expense of those who do tasks that can now be automated.

Talked to the stack ai team and they're releasing a mid tier plan for $150 or so soon. Feel free to charge more, at the start your job is to learn, not earn though.

Any suggestion on a bot to be develop to keep learning from a cloud documente? For example, if the user prompt new questions and the admin join the chat to answer, this answer could be sync on real-time to the bot? The purpose of this is to create a more specialized virtual assistant to suggest answers for customers

:3 Gotta be cautious of that devil's breath in Colombia. I've never been there before. A lot of caution, like if one is in America, too. I was born and raised in infamous Miami, FL, USA, and I thankfully left all three of those places. I have stayed in the Philippines for a while now.
Brilliant stuff... so have been very intrigued by the process - my one problem is that that the customer retention rate could end up being extremely low since most would just want an ai chatbot done for you. How do you propose we combat that beyond the upsell of additional services?
If you niche down to servicing only marketing agencies then you can use the review from the first client to roll over to the next one etc. Best way to do it, need to get testimonials!
There is always a support and maintenance component after deployment in tech (especially if you successfully up-sell additional services), which you could offer for retention.

I’m using HL and Zappy at my wellness center and am for a few other clients - no Zapier the AI’s are talking to each other through API keys using ChatGTP without all the buildout - to me it seems easier unless I’m missing something

What happens to your customer when botpress or stack AI go offline permanently? How difficult would switching to other SAS providers be, and would you as the AI Automation provider absorb this additional cost, or pass it on to your client?
As a programmer I'd rather hook the local knowledge of the business with chatGPT API to avoid such 3rd party businesses. Gpt is a 3rd party tool too, sure but you can setup a cloud based LLMs to avoid this dependency too
Liam, would you recommend that when running automations for clients, that you create a Zapier, Open AI, Bot Press and Stack Ai accounts all using the clients email/shared email/shared log ins?
I also had this question. Should we sign up accounts that the client can take over then change credentials, or do we just go in there and use clients official email/credentials?!

So the client has to sign up with Botpress before they actually essentially pay you? Doesn't that give them the opportunity to be like, hey that's not your product - why don't we do this ourselves and skip you?
