if you watched it since the first episode you'll realize that they fit with each other very well, since day 1 they have liked each other to the point minwoo said to gyuri that he can't imagine going to paradise if it's not gyuri
after their paradise trip we could see that gyuri has more impact to him as they share memories and bond rather than sieun without time to talk on inferno
he's thrilled and attracted with gyuri that all of a sudden he was torn between the two rather than with sieun that they are just slowly progrssing due to lack of time
it could mean that gyuri and minwoo may be endgame
and imo i think minwoo was just attracted to sieun because gyuri rejected her before after he rejected gyuri and after merging the two islands, gyuri was popular to the boy to the point she received 4 candies out of the 6 boys and minwoo was introvert and cant approach gyuri then sieun had been attracted and curious to minwoo so minwoo reciprocated it but still has feelings for gyuri then now gyuri is also still has feelings for minwoo so it could be a matter of right timing and more bonds with eachother on inferno and paradise

then, when gyuri wanted to start over by taking minwoo to paradise, i thought it was too late because minwoo already liked sieun and sieun also seemed to really like him (sieun and minwoo gave each other candy).
then for minwoo it just became a moment of confusion because in the end he liked sieun more than gyuri. their problem is in the time and effort to approach first or they are not compatible
