Chicken drumsticks fry is a delightful dish that’s crispy, spicy, and super easy to make. Let me share a couple of popular chicken drumstick fry recipes:
𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝘿𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙨:
This recipe results in extremely crispy and crunchy chicken legs with moist and tender meat.
𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 :
𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:
Chicken drumsticks : 1/2 kg (6)
Yogurt : 2 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Ketchup : 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Chaat masala : 1 tsp
Food color : 1 pinch
Oil : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice
Now marinate it for 2 hours or minimum 1 hour
𝙁𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜:
Oil : 2 tbsp
Cook it 2 minute on medium flame
After frying 2 minutes, now cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 5 to 7 minutes
After turning side, again cover it and cook it on low medium flame for 6 to 7 minutes
Now turn flame to medium
Fry it for 2 minutes
