I do look forward to your videos, I made coffee and got out a bar of chocolate to watch this one 😊 Your baking is on point, that carrot cake looked perfect. 10/10 from me. I look forward to the next one. Just make them an hour longer, 15 minutes isn't long enough to eat my chocolate and drink all my coffee 😂

Sjøl er jeg mye på tur, og enkelte turer har jeg fokus på kos/matlaging etc. Etter at jeg så en av dine filmer hvor du bruker "kakeboks" på Fireboxen har jeg skaffet samme utstyret, Firebox har jeg fra før av. Her om dagen var jeg på et fotoshoot ved sjøen, og mens jeg ventet på riktig lys etc fikk jeg prøvd ovnen. Det ble bakt pizza, og senere muffins. Det smakte godt på et 9 timer lang opphold i flomålet. Skal bli spennende å få prøvd baking videre. For meg er opplevelsene på tur viktig, det å ta seg tid til å se/observere, tid til nettopp det du gjør...gjør det koselig å være på tur. Heldigvis har jeg ikke behov for å gå fort og langt, jeg MÅ ikke på de høye toppene, jeg har tid til mye kos og nytelse på turene. Fortsett med filmene dine, jeg setter ihvertfall pris på denne type filmer. Det er i min stil og ånd, og mange setter pris på at det er ro og harmoni på filmene. Ser at du får tilbakemeldinger fra andre, noe jeg selv også får. Fart og spenning kan man hente på Netflix og lignende. :) Forresten, dersom du skulle endre tittel på kanalen din fra "Hiking Hansen".......du kan vurdere "Baking Hansen"...:)

Mr. Hansen… going “lightweight” this time? Enlighten equipment 10f, is too cold! Switched to a western mountaineering 10f.. lol quilts are cooold! You seem to keep your temperature warm with little layer. Lucky man 😅 I miss Norway … thanks for posting all these videos… you’re going to blow up viewership numbers soon ! Stay consistent
With so much gear something needs to be lightweight 😊 I prefer the quilt in the summer months, but nothing beats a good WM bag 🤌 Norway is beautiful. Have you been here on vacation? This is just so peaceful, soothing, and relaxing to watch. I am not sure what exactly it is that speaks to me, but I think as a highly stressful current lifestyle I have, it is the peace that you bring through your creativity into this. Thank you so much for sharing and wishing you the best :)
