I’ve been working out more than usual, but I personally feel a little underweight, I think I’d like to eat more protein to develop some muscles. I don’t have an exact routine, but love working out with The Weeknd, XXXTENTACION and 128bpm house music. It really feels good. Sadly, I highly doubt that I end up in this house, because the owners are actually not here in the city I am (Campeche). They could come back whenever they want and maybe even ask us to leave or just kick us out, I don’t even know if this is rented (supposedly by my boyfriend’s family). I don’t have enough money (obviously) to buy a house yet, but it would be a dream come true. Meanwhile, we’re focusing on installing basic services, as we have no toilet or sink, neither proper cabling yet. We’re still thinking on those investments by that specific reason. Thanks for writing, Pierre, I’m always happy to receive you in my channel. Your channel has been inspiring me to work more and more lately. Let’s get you to that 1M ASAP! 💪❤️

In Asia, I eat a lot of tofu ^^; It's true that buying a house, even an old house isn't cheap... I hope you can get so something with the toilet. Or you can meanwhile search for "composting toilet" or "dry toilet". Keep on creating! :)

Hey Seb. I live in the US and the majority of people you see here are overweight. As someone in university studying biochemistry, it was very fascinating to see all the muscles underneath your insanely low body fat %. It was also quite humbling to realize that your body type, while seeming insanely lean to me, might be the normal for the vast majority of third-world countries. I don't know your financial, social, or economic position so I will not try to make any assumptions, but I hope that you take care of yourself in the proper way it means to for you.
