This was so cute!! I love how enthusiastic Earth is every time he understands your Thai and the way he tries so hard to answer in English as much as he can while looking to Mix for help finding the words 💙 I hope he gets some encouragement on his English, his pronunciation is so good. And Mix's delight at finding out you've been to his sister's restaurant was so sweet, I bet that was a first for him.
You did it! Earth offered you a job as actresses for his directing debut. What more could BL fans achieve?! 😁

You can tell Mix really enjoyed this interview because he was laughing very deeply haha. Earth was maybe a bit stressed with the translation and trying to understand (and also to be polite and not speak too much, so the translator could have it a bit easier to explain) but I think he also enjoyed the interview. I love how he clapped when you guys told him you were going to have some cat talk hahahaha he was so excited, I love them both so much, seriously. Acting powerhouses cat daddies for the win💗

I'm not the only one who uses boyos? I'm so damn happy now. rofl
Both Earth and Mix have nice personalities. I loved it when Earth was trying to speak in English, but when it became difficult to continue, he asked the girls if he could speak in Thai 21:13 that was so cute. Mix wanted to answer everything in English and he did a good job. Earth wants to work with Nanon, because he’s so talented 25:22 and I love how Earth has been acting for years, but still wants to improve and be even better. He has improved quite a lot, and I hope he gets more roles where he can show more of his acting range. Why is Mix so cute? 🥺 30:54 but I don’t think he just helps Gemini/Fourth with a SuSuNa, I’ve seen videos where you can tell Fourth looks up to him, so he can be a mentor for the young ones. Earth as an acting coach for ♊️4th 32:14, it’s wholesome how they want to ask about acting to the seasoned actors. They are really so cute together 44:05 and I loved how some of the questions asked made Mix laugh 47:05 or when they talked among each other 37:44 ^^
"I'm still a junior actor... I can't be a mentor, I am still young and immature about it... " That's so awesome 😍
I think every actor at GMMTV would be glad to work together with these 2 guys.
Earth seems a person who protects and guides everyone and Mix is a bit more relaxed, but as we could see in Safe House a reliable and 'huggable' person for a lot of co-actors.

I like that the questions are defferent than usual Thai Media that always focus on love life of actors their questions filled with, " what is your real relationship?", "Are you lovers?" , " What your favourite body part of other?" . This sometimes feel so repetitive .

Yesterday, I watched a different interview with EarthMix for an American TH-cam channel filmed the same day, and those hosts didn't use ANY Thai, not even a sawasdi kha at the beginning. Despite them using a translator, Earth looked really bored and unfocused during that interview. I LOVE that y'all have learned some Thai, because the actors clearly appreciate it and really open up. That was super evident with Earth, who was clearly much more engaged in this interview than the one I watched yesterday. Anyway, I've been following y'all for a while since you love Run as much as I do, and this video just confirms that I'm following the right podcasters!
Yea I agree, I’ve seen other interviews and the actors definitely open up more with these two because they actually try to speak Thai. ❤❤

Ps: is it just me or every pair has one person good in English and the other person trying their best? Gmmtv, is this intentional?
I noticed that too: In most of the GMMTV on-screen partnerships, one is fairly good in English (e.g., Ohm, Dunk, Win, Mix, Tay, Phuwin) and one not as good (Nanon, Joong, Bright, Earth, New, Pond). But even the latter group is sharpening their English skills progressively (e.g., Nanon now gets through overseas fan meets quite well without an interpreter). And of course both the younger actors in new partnerships seem to have better English skills overall, e.g., Gemini and Fourth.
@@LeoCloma a coincidence? I think not👀. But I’m really proud of them. They are doing well in trying to interact with their international fans. And they get excited when we try to speak their language also. Even if it’s as little as Sawadee or khobkhun
@@SleepyKoala14 Knowing GMMTV's scale and prolific experience in this genre, I would guess that there is at least some design in how they decide their pairings -- therefore I agree with you, it's probably not a coincidence. Similarly, their shift to casting pairs of lead roles to actors who were already close friends beforehand (e.g., Earth-Mix, Ohm-Nanon, Force-Book, and now Fourth-Gemini) appears to be rather deliberate, and obviously quite successful.
@@LeoCloma I mean I’ll let them pair me up because they have been successful in more than one pairing. I can speak English, I could learn Thai 👀👀👀
Not me having the same realization one year later, returning back with the Interviews from couples I didn't know a full year ago. But they do level up fast, that's something I envy where the heck do they find the time between working like ordinary human beings or studying things, being on set, and caring for clothing and other kinds of brands? I already get a headache reading what some of them have a bachelor/major in. 🤭 🤭
And if they level up it's fast, look at First Khao's Interview, I always said First understood English quite well but he has been/was so enamored with Khao's English abilities that he let him speak. But in the 2nd round on here you could clearly see, he could totally keep up with the Moderators speaking and teasing each other in English.
Granted, having more and more folks with foreign DNA and those who graduated from international schools and colleges might help you too, through osmosis, but I am still impressed. ☺ ☺

Oh, I also liked when Mix said ep 5 is his favorite episode of Moonlight Chicken (so good) because Earth asked him "Why?" Earth always does that with Mix to give him the opportunity to explain more. Loved the question and answer about what they eat in real life for a midnight snack. Very fun. Where is the bucket of snacks? Want to try.

Great show 👏! Now to convince P'Non and GMMTV to bring EM stateside. Start with a fan meeting in NY, take them and Mix's mum to six flags NE, and then drive up to Lebanon to his sister's place. If they do it in Aug, they could potentially get the NE fall scenery and hit the lobsterfest in Maine.

Just regarding Mix’s name, I’ve noticed before that when Americans say a word like “hot”, it comes out sounding to the rest of us like “haat” or maybe “haht”. (Now that I think of it, that might be how ma’am ended up being contracted to “mom” in US American English and “mam” or “mum” for the rest of us.) That’s probably why, when you said “Wongratch”, he and we heard “Waangratch”.

This is just a suggestion, but I think you should have Mimi translate your side comments and jokes too, because I think a lot of those are fun but they get lost because she doesn’t translate everything you say. I mean it’s obviously up to you guys, but I think the actors would enjoy your comments too! ❤❤

What a fun interview/episode! 53 minutes Flew by! Fell in love with these 2 in Tale of 1000 Stars, even more in CLW & Moonlight Chicken. Watching EMS is icing on the cake! Fingers crossed for the “mom special” 😂 It was so cute how their faces lit up when you started talking about the cats 😊

I have been hoping that Mix's mother will be on an episode of EarthMix Space. Family vibes. Put Mom on a rollercoaster and The Viking?! Oh, no! At least Mom didn't go skydiving. Thanks for using Thai. It's such a fun language to try to learn. Even though I love ATOTS, and it has been my favorite series of all time, Moonlight Chicken is so good that I feel shocked by its quality. I think it is their best work as actors in their careers so far. The acting of Earth and Mix is very detailed and makes use of so much non-verbal communication. They really get into the psychology of their roles in a profound way. The whole cast is good. I liked hearing EM talk about Fourth and Gemini. EarthMix ตลอดไป Thanks!

Last episode later today! Can't wait. I was just saying in comments on Ep7 how amazing the writing and acting is in this series. How real all these characters are. It is not a typical love/hate start to the relationship like most BLs. Even LiMing and Heart don't start off hating each other. There is only a minor misunderstanding. And the two of them very quickly get over that and start to become friends. It was also very cool that JimWen (EarthMix) get the sex stuff out of the way in Ep1, and then the rest of the series is about building the relationship, not about getting back into bed again.

That was great! They are my favorite couple along with First and Khaotung. Can you tell me (or maybe ask in a future video) if the actors on these series profit from the sale of merchandise? I have a lot of stuff from Tale of 1000 Stars and The Eclipse and Never Let Me Go and I always wonder if the guys get any of those profits or does GMM get it all?
I mean I knew Earth would be cute-cool since his character annoyed the heck out of me in the "Mama Gogo " series/show. 🤭 🤭 But I am still kinda surprised by how "boy-ish" his vibe was here, maybe it was the restraint of not being able to talk as much in English as he might have done in Thai , but also the Pullover (whoever picked that for him).
Like, some of them can have rather content-adult appearances but then you see vibes like this and think "Mhm, nope they're still "big Kids" ..JimmySea and ForceBook also belong to that category for me. 😂 😂 I don't know if that makes any sense at all, to anyone but I feel like some of them just have those "Auras" and then you see the shenanigans or adorableness they did get up to behind the scenes and you realize "No you're definitely still in your 20s-eary 30s, occasionally!" 🤭 🤭

Mimi could’ve done more translating because it seems like Mix was lost in a lot of the conversations so he didn’t answer as much as I’ve seen him in other interviews. I’m not sure if this is typical since I’ve only seen her in this and the PondPhuwin interview. Phuwin is fluent and Pond understands even if he’s not fluent so it wasn’t as noticeable as it was in this interview. I really enjoy these interviews you do. And also that you are fellow NYers.

50:50 I think Mix is known to have a good English ability and I think Earth eventually kinda did that to himself, like taking the chance to get better at talking (at all-again-since a long time). I don't think many have problems with understanding, especially if the context is clear, but answering in English in real life is different than in school-college. ^^ I wouldn't be surprised if we see Mr. Earth level up his English speaking skills, soon too with all his good-phenomenal (almost) fluent colleagues. 😉 😉
