Pre-Heat the oven to 170 degrees celsius and bake for 20 minutes!
The Basic Cupcake Recipe:
125g caster sugar
125g self raising flour
2 large free range eggs
125g unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
1 ½ tablespoons of milk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
And then add as many sprinkles as you like!
Buttercream Icing:
335g icing sugar
150g unsalted butter
1- 2 tablespoons of whole milk
¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sprinkles to top!

I recommend using a glass when putting the icing in the bag HOW TO- you fold the bag and plop it over the glass and then fill it with the icing it's a lot easier and I paused the video when you were telling us to make sure to let your cakes to cool so I don't know if u did this 😂😂 great vid btw!!

I'm so glad you did a video on this because i tried to make them when i saw them in your vlog and i completely messed them up..
Crack eggs on a flat surface, you're a lot less likely to get broken bit of shell come off into your baking/whatever you're doing.
Because that skin kinda thing inside of it doesn't shatter, just tears where you pull it apart and holds the shell together still!
Everything that you do is done to utter perfection! Ah I love them! xx
