I can relate to your journey. I cleared upsc prelims in 2022, wrote mains but wasnt able to qualify prelims 2023.
I felt i was more prepared this year but shit happens.
Starting again is very difficult but quitting is even scary. Panic attacks, anxiety(constant butterflies in stomach) is normal, but only way is to push through.
Also i have felt meditation helps to some extent.. try it.

Don't think too much my elder brother had also this attack during his exam now he is suffering from migraine, BP he is not able to face exam pressure currently he is just trying to restart his preparation without any expectation😊

At present time I m feeling very low after failing in prelims at 2 nd attempt and trying to restart but the financial condition also put me in hard situation
I m also feeling the same and I think anyone who put a lot of efforts and couldn't make it feeling the same .... Ya it's very hard to start again but we have to coz we dare to dream take care of yourself try to fix your sleep cycle we all are facing the same problem don't think you are alone........ ❤❤❤❤ keep going girl....

Is time jb upsc itna unpredictable ho rha h to ek plan b rakhe m kya problem hai pata nhi...upsc nhi hua to life khatam to nhi ho rhi na!!!!
2023 was my first attempt, i had done everything possible for this attempt . I had written full length gs and optional paper in 2022 sitting 3 hours at home . Taken a evaluation program from convert ias , everything was going well. Jan 2023 se prelimns ka revision , every thing was going well, given atleast 25 all India mock test . Pre pareekshan of rau , vajiram , subhra ranjan , dristhi , ias baba and many many more. Ranking was pretty good . Jo pehle attempt dekar qualify ho chuke the unse bhi 15 mark ka margin consistent rehta tha . Csat ke liye bhi bohot preparation kari thi as i dont wanted any stone to be unturned.
On 28th , i was happy ki cut off kam jaayega aur apna niklega , then aaya csat jisme percentage,time distance , profit and loss mai kuch tha hi nahi . Not able to qualify prelims 2023 . 15 -20 din toh kamre se nikalte nahi bana . Zyada dukh yeh bhi hua jinko poore saal peeche chorda unka bhi qualify ho gaya .
But believe me wapas uthna padhta hai . I am waiting for December 2023 taaki abhi mains pr focus karke wapas pre uthaunga . Time jaata hai jaldi sept aane wala hai.
Upsc 2024 will be my second and last attempt after that i will prepare for nabard and then give my rest attempts while doing job . But this time till December i will give everything to this exam taaki guilt na ho bas .
how was your gs prelims paper 2023? did you loose the attempt coz of csat? and the all india mocks u gave were online or offline? what do you think you could have done bettr? ATB FOR 2024! :)
@@rudrachoudhary936 I was not able to succeed due to csat( vajiram ans key- 62 marks); . I had given prelims mocks in offline mode only for the practice in omr . For this attempt I will solve forum ias subject wise questions booklet + current affairs . That's it

Please take it as a positive comment but I seriously think that you should work on your communication skills like in every sentence you were using definitely and all..your are not clear in conveying your message.
It's just a feeling do not think over make your Self comfort and remember that God gives you life to live so just live it as breathable as it's possible
Its my sincere request as an elder brother. Pls ei attempt ta last attempt koro without backup. Er por 2024 e get into a job then prepare worse case e. I hope u clear 2024 cause really i am nowhere close to the hardwork u put in every day.
