That is a stunning picture. Wow. So much nostalgia and good feelz. DAC is really dropping the ball lately. First you get a ‘hybrid’ legend and then the numbers don’t match up. No excuse for that. We spend close to $100 on kits sometimes -they should be perfect 🤬
Sorry that you got a weirded out kit. Frustrating…

Such a pretty Christmas canvas. I haven't bought any from DAC, just bought a couple from DD. I'm trying so hard not to buy any Christmas canvases, but they are all so colorful.. Happy Anniversary, hope your weekend was great.

My sister and I both got this same kit with the buy one get one 50% off special they had. My canvas was fine, but hers was creased at the top too, worse than yours though. I was disappointed, as much as you pay for it, it should be perfect. She doesn't want to return it because she loves it and it's sold out. We will have to figure out how to iron it. UGH. Happy Anniversary.

I have a couple of videos on ironing canvases. You just have do be careful with it and do it at your own risk. I'd definitely contact customer service though. They'll probably credit her back the money. They sent me a new one to replace one that was badly creased without me having to send the creased one back. Good luck and take care 🙂
