Under the block 'Set Appointment Date/Time' I have added the year as follows: "Begin each interaction with "Do you have a preferred DAY or TIME, including the YEAR, in mind?" and add nothing further." so that the AI pulls the current year, otherwise I kept getting errors that were saying the POST function failed because it was trying to book in the past. Thx again!
Is there a way you can remove the timezone, or automatically set it without the user having to be asked? All of our clients are in 1 timezone, EST. Thanks!
