Ye I could tell from your previous duel games in Smite that you're up there at the top. SamDaDude probably wasn't playing hardcore tryhard but still, he usually wins easily against the vast majority of players and to win against him like you did is noteworthy. Congrats man!
Thanks! I've beaten pros and other top duelers like Jesse before, and it's been around 2 years since I last fought Sam in a proper match. I've grinded a lot since then to where I can now play against the best players in both conquest and duel. (still need more duel matchup knowledge, cheese gamemode after all)
@@shirk5060 Sam did pick the Anhur aspect which removes the 20 flat penetration in his passive so he could stack attack speed on me with his autos. It made his early game damage (which Anhur excels at) way weaker, and I probably would have lost that trade if he didn't have the aspect
