MiHoYo just loves to make dreams happy and peaceful because they know that it hurts us more to go back to the cruel reality after seeing that fleeting glance at peace. Case in point: GGZ's happiness magic where you see Sirin creating her paradise like Ely only to realize at the end it's just Sirin's dream as she's bleeding out on the ground.
