Tim, I just got back from looking at the 'rate the runway' photos. And Dawgdoggdog was right. Emilio did have the model wearing a little wire around her wrist (which was passed off as a accessory). So he did have a accessory (albeit the functional equivelent of the 'dog collar' that Keith made for the dog). I am as sad as you, that Emilio was not sent home. Given the tackiness of Emilio's outfit, I have to say I truly wonder what the judges were smoking.
What irked me was that Emilio was dishonest about his reasoning for the garment. "Everyone else was making a dress, and I wanted to be different..." What nonsense! He made his horrible stripper suit because he wasn't intelligent or economical about his material purchase.
