Elgin S Haller Skeleton Anniversary Clock

One of my clocks in my clock collection. About 30 year old Skeleton German clock. Magnetic bearing on the bottom of the pendulum, stainless spring on two winding spools, wound in a configure 8 configuration. 1/4" winding arbor.
