It looks as if the family were residing there whilst the renovations were being done. I know the look of a make shift kitchen and bathroom 🚽 so well myself. Has the family given up, run out of money, or due to work commitments have they had to leave the renovation for now? They’ve got a lot of personal items so I think they still own this property and have put a hold on the decorating for now. To have cameras and security they are obviously trying to protect this property. This place could be so amazing if you’d got the money to renovate it. Some antique furniture 🪑, large antique mirrors 🪞 , gorgeous curtains, and this home could be in a posh magazine. Oh, in my dreams 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Thank you boys 💖❤️💖

If there's 3 Cars and a Caravan Outside with the Security Cameras all over the place and the Modern Shopping Plastic Bags, Hung on the Stairs.! I would say One or More People is Living there Illegally.!
As Paranormal Investigators we were told to go to Investigate certain locations of Hadrian's Wall, English Side at the time it was built. We were to mark out a boundrey 100 yards from the wall and that was our Investigation area. It was the only time Metal Detectorist came with us. You wouldn't believe the things they found. We picked up a lot of Paranormal events on Video. You should do that as you use Metal Detectors.
Just watched this abandoned house on another explorers site. The respect you gave the photos on the wall was something he certainly didn’t observe. He filmed the photos and straight away decided this was a “haunted house”. A passport was shown with the name clearly on view. The rooms looked the same as when you were there. They did find a chocolate cake that was a week out of date and they did eat some and drink from a can of beer. Necrophonic app used, bangs, chair being thrown in the attic and sounds that someone “ was in the house” and EVPs. Guess the ghosts and demons were out when you and Andy called 🤣🤣🤣

On living in a home we’ve been renovating for four years. I can tell you dust is created constantly and even though you try and get rid of it the next day another good coating of dust appears. It drives me insane. So I think this family is living there. Maybe they’ve gone to visit family ??

Looks like someone bought a ton of Wyze Cams. That clicking noise are the night vision sensors automatically switching from on to off when it was sensing your flashlights. They were most likely connected via Wi-Fi so who or whomever set them up could watch you on their phone. The video is usually sent to cloud storage in 12 second increments.

That coin is 1 Florin, they were part of the old pre-decimalised British currency. I think they were a fraction of Half a penny.
A florin 2 shillings and tuppence. Which is 11 pence in the decimal money.
