I'm so happy today because my father bought me this and it's my first Ferrari and Bburago 1:24 scale car. Greetings from the Philippines!!! 🇵🇭

Great review as always! It’s indeed strange how Bburago has been cutting costs, since as known, models sold over there in Asia are fully opening, incredibly detailed, yet the ones sent over here have lots of those details taken out. I imagine it couldn’t quite be shipping costs, for the case they still use the band wrists to hold parts like that over there, so that shouldn’t be the big cost for them. I guess they are just unaware of the diecast collecting community in here or something.
By the way, I checked the Bburago catalog some time ago, they’re going to make an essenza scv12 in 1:24 which hypes me up a lot. We might start getting some good good models soon 👀

i've noticed that trend of 1/24 china only models being fully opening too. But I think they only started doing that recently, with models like the roma and the sf90 and not with slightly older ones like this 599 gto?

So glad to have a 1/24 scale car review.. can you review the Bburago FXX in 1/24 scale?

I have the Hot Wheels Elite FXX in 1/18 so I decided not to rebuy the FXX in 1/24 but it definitely looks like a great model in 1/24 and I'd certainly have purchased it otherwise

Very nice 599 GTO in 1/24 scale. The finishing is nice and the level of details for the interior really impressed me. 😊👍🏼
Ps. What do you think of my new McLaren F1?

I just realized the grey parts (middle section) of the headlights actually had more detail on the first release of bburago's 599 GTO, in the sense that they had ridges compared to being smooth here. check some other youtube videos of the 1/24 599 GTO as proof. I hate it when bburago makes such minor changes. T_T

Maisto/Bburago making hoods and trunks separate pieces but then closing them is such a BS move.
I've got the red Lambo Sian in 1/24 and I can even see some engine detail under the glass but its closed. And its frustrating because for me and these models, its kinda hard to close them properly. I've done it with older models and they've always ended up either rattly or loose in some way.

@@winstongordon9694I'm getting in 1:24 only the models that Bburago doesn't make in 1:18, it's kinda nice because they are cheaper and save some precious space too!

6:09 Inaccurate in what sense? Sure 599 GTO is more "familiar" to the audience with the two tone, one of them being in matte finish (Nero Opaco or Grigio Silverstone Opaco), but you have to realise that the 599 GTO's options were immense and not set in stone. You could order it in whatever you like: in one tone, in two tones, with stripes or not and in whatever finishes you like, thus there do exist two tone 599 GTOs with glossy roof finishes (Nero Setoso for example) out there.
