You are thinking of all the negatives about a traffic warden, instead of thinking of one strong reason of why we need a traffic warden as an occupation. In chess, my 1st love, we dont have to examine and calculate hundreds of positions, if there is one strong reason not to play that move. That strong reason is that drivers would simply block junctions, roads, exits and endanger life. That it! You dont need to waste time weighing up all the smaller pros and cons for the job existing; of which there maybe many. Whether he enjoys the job or not is too much thinking & time wasted - loser thinking. He is valued by anyone seeing the bigger picture.
