Been using XMA for the last 3 years & 13000 Km.
PROS : 1) Value for money (very few cars come even close irrespective of segment)
2) Build quality
3) Narrow with make it very nimble in city
4) All safety features even in mid segment ( Reverse parking censors with dual airbag & ABS)
5) Practicality (419 Ltr boot with hinges located on out side).
6) Ride quality ( Maintain recommended Tyre pressure 33 front and 31 Rear . You feel good on tarmac)
7) Harman music system is best in the segment .
CONS :
1) 1.2 Liter 3 cylinder naturally aspirated Revotron engine neither refined nor satisfy any body adrenaline rush.
2) Poor NVH (Insulation is pretty good though)
3) All digital instrument cluster is a joke ( Reminds you of 1970's school calculator)
4) Worst paint quality ( Even a small pebble on road can peel of the paint).
5) Terrible resale value
I bought Tata Tigor on 16 Jan 2023, I filled 8.87 kg gas with 240 psi first time in my icng tiger got 35 KM/KG on the highway and city 26 Km in CNG, I have this car and it's amazing best in class suspension, comfort, ride quality and finally safest sedan in segment car. A car is a superb machine by Tata matters in this segment other companies can't beat this car features power performance everything is superb! I am pleased with my right choice.😀
Yes - we too got extremely good mileage figs from the Tiago iCNG (same engine) during our Kashmir to Kanyakumari drive

Please do full PDI before buying Tata cars .I got delivery of Tata tigor this Monday(31st January 2023) and after four days on Saturday(04 Feb 2023) the petrol pipe started leaking and my whole petrol tank get empty when I took my vehicle to Tata workshop they told there is minute hole got created in the petrol pipe and I realised the pipe quality is very poor than the previously manufactured 2022 Vehicles. This kind of issues can't expect from Tata one of the main leading Automobile industry . #cars #quality ## Poor

Sir ji meine abhi may,2023 mein tata tigor xza+ petrol li hai jiska actual mileage 13.5kmpl aa raha hai, gaadi approx 1500km chal chuki hai city and highway par ,company claim karti hai 19.2kmpl,kya mileage increase hoga,kya ye car aasani se 15kmpl de payegi....
Cruise control is a must because even Punch has it from 2nd top model. So Need to upgrade and add few features to make it much more impactful

Only one thing that I wish tata adds to tigor is rear AC vents. That would make it a complete family car

Amaze offers slightly better value . mainly due to 4 cylinder engine and bigger cabin. Also 4 star NCAP

Yes. I got new Tigor 1 week ago. It clearly states BS6ph2. Its and Amazing, comfortable and spacious Sedan. Also, the AMT is quite smooth with barely lag of gear shift

Wrong information, plz correct Amaze also gets 4 star in Global ncap and yes that was the African version but remember that is also made on the same indian platform
Sir but try pressing the steel of the amaze and new i20. U will find immense flex even when using one finger. Try this fender to fender. Like I mean target the same panels on the i20 and the amaze and u will see. Even the c pillar on the amaze goes in so easily like it's hollow. There is a difference in the African build as I have seen it myself there and also here.

Tigor, if boot space is important for you. Otherwise Tiago.
Both are equally good - however there is a 66k price difference. Both the cars offer same ride comfort and engine performance but yes, the Tigor has the added boot and for a lot of people, a sedan is a social status as well :)

It's true my avg mileage is around 11. All city ride driving in metro construction road.
But i assume good road conditions it I'll give good mileage.
I recommend people to take iCNG which i missed to evaluate during buying
12-13 will be when traffic is start-stop and AC is running. Is that the case? Ask your friend to test the same on open roads / flowing traffic also. We are sure the figure will go up a lot

Hi..tata recently launched its updated engine complaint with bs6 phase 2 norms for the complete lineup..Now Tigor comes with TPMS and certain tuning adjustments have been made to reduce the NVH level. Request you to kindly make a comparison video between bs6 compliant tigor and the new updated tigor so tht consumers can educate themselves if there has been any actual change in the NVH level and other changes. Thanks
