I took them out pretty early so the glue didn’t set yet but in general you can use a hair dryer on the lowest setting and slowly melt the glue to take out the insole. Personally I prefer the Game Day Pros for the springier plate and it offers enough step in comfort and cushioning. It depends on your play style, some of my friends prefer the game day
Not super sticky, I personally wouldn’t put them on top because the fit would be way too snug for me. You can use a hair dryer on low to loosen the factory glue on the default insole to prevent the insole from ripping.

for the default insoles was yours sticky to take out? is it okay to put those game pro insoles on top of the default?
