I think the thing about sakura's look is that hes an albino or sufferes from albinoism, its a genetic mutation that happens when someone is born. its more common than you might think actually the only difference with sakura is that the mutation seemed to not spread evenly however that happened. I wld assume that he had complications with his birth if he were an actual person. If u search albinoism you'll see what I mean.

art is pretty good. character design is pretty sharp. the fight CHOREOGRAPHY is off the charts though. i think it's the best i've ever seen in any anime ever. yes, ever. and it's a decent story as well
Clover works (the studio that worked on this) is in my opinion one of the best in the buisness, many of my favorites are from them, like My dress up Darling and Shadow House
