Please let me know whether it will be valid if she gets chance in J.U through WBJEE 2023 or a new domicile certificate to be prepared for this year's entry. Please also tell whether a Gap certificate is needed for dropper students at the time of admission or not . When this domicile certificate and gap certificate to be shown? At the time of counselling or time of admission to a particular college please specify. 🙏
