San Pedro Las Huertas is still part of the Antigua Municipality (unlike some other surrounding areas).

Good question - its a region standard. LATAM has big inequality issues and this is to prevent crime

Too far from hospitals that treat serious illnessess. Antigua is a gorgeous small town but for seniors Guatemala city is best.
