MY ultimate environmental impact assessment process has changed over time. the universal process has been well defined in environmental books and has been taught to environmental consultant. but to be a successful consultant or for my case i find that merging some steps has shortened the EIA process which is a win-win situation for me as the expert and my client. such steps include merging site visit and public participation on the same day.
