It looked like Rivers was in position to get punched, and then Suggs grabbed him and tackled him to the ground, which actually helped him. It looked like Suggs actually deescalated the situation, which helped Rivers more than hurt him.

I think when there's an altercation, it should be illegal for a player to hold another player back. He should only be able to hold his teammate for it and would automatically get a $25,000 fine if he does so. Maybe suggs was just trying to stop the fight but it could be seen another way
