I am always very proud to admit My father and his two brothers were all members of the Rifles my uncle Rubin Silver was Bugle Major his brother Monnie was band sergeant and my father was also an NCO There father my grandfather was also in the Regiment and served at The Battle Of The Somme where he was slain.
