- This video describes my journey from India to Canada to pursue my Masters, challenges I faced, my student life, tips during Masters Course, struggles to find job and finally how did I land up at a job at IBM and got promoted to Technical Lead and Manager at IBM.
All I want to say is if you are coming to Canada, there will be lot of struggles but once you overcome those, life is supposed to be very beautiful afterwards.

Haha, actually in China, most people worked day and night from 9 am - 10 pm even later. If you worked that hard in China, Chinese managers would say "Great keep doing that! We need you work more!"

It depends on a number of factors like the company, role, location, experience etc. For eg the salaries in Toronto are higher as compared to Halifax (but cost of living in Toronto is more).
Startups pay more than MNCs in few locations.
But if I talk about Halifax then the pay for junior Data Analyst usually lies between $50k - $70k per anum! (Rough estimate)
