Youre fine but for ops I would say its less of high effects and more how you used it and how long it lasted. Main thing I noticed was a lot of repeating effects aka the ghost zoom, the edge detect and the rotating pancrop. Each transition was rotating pancrop and I think you should have done regular pancrop and rotating pancrop because it adds more variety and that way not everything looks the same. The edge detect would last for the whole clip on almost every clip so you couldnt even see the clip, I think it woulda been nice on 1-2 clips but not every single one. Plus the edge detect has an option for edge mask overlay. Then for the fake ghost, it repeated too much and it doesnt go wel with edge detect too.
