Very useful video for people in 40+ your contents are thought proviking. Suppose i have 3.4Cr at 48yrs taking 2Lks/mnt thru SWP will it last for 100yrs just in case MY Expectation get retired @60 with 8-10Cr corpus with 5Lks/mnt SWP
Your calculations are impressive, but what if there’s a loss since you’re suggesting investing in the stock market, even though it’s through an SIP, which still involves market risk?
Dear Sir, Two things missing in this calculation. 1. Step up during withdrawal period due to medical and other inflation 2. Increasing trend in taxation to be considered
25k starting SIP.. possible.. step up if 10% every year.. initially ok, after 5 years difficult.. >12 years might be impossible.. could you show in excel table the year on year increase in SIP.. mainly for last 5 years, this helps in better clarity
whatever it is, keep increasing your investment. if your increment is not that much then try to reduce your expenses. investment is important. just think about the unpredictable future.
SIR AM RANJITH SIP LA NAN 5000 Investment panni earuka but SBI smallcap fund regular plan investment panniearuka. More investment pannunum so which plan is the best koncham sollunka pl sir
Hi Mahesh, very nice information, if we had this kind if information during our 20/30 ages by this time we would have become rich.. do you suggest this 25000 sip in one fund or split up into couple of funds?
Sir you are right, as you know how it works, Pls educate your kids from now onwards, so that they will become good money managers. You need to diversify your investments and not in a single fund.
Yes, I will not make that mistake . I’ll save as much as possible from now on and handover the remaining to the children.thank you very much for answering my question.

Two things are not talked by these experts: 1. Tax not considered in your swp. 2. Present/future value of those attractive money. Eg: The value of ₹200,000 after 18 years, assuming an inflation rate of 7%, would be approximately ₹59,173 in today's purchasing power.
Sir, I have already made a seperate video with regards to SWP taxation, pls watch out, if you haven't watched that abd taxes are subject to change. What you have said is right with regards to Time value of Money, that's why we should focus on savings to manage inflation.
Sir iam 49 from chennai. no investment as of now due to many family issues and commitments. I lost my job also recently and. Trying job. and almost zero savings now. Iam looking for job. Please advice once i get a new job can i get rs1 crore in 10 years.if 25k sip monthly. If so how do i proceed

if he worked coporate company then do investment vpf make additional contribution . then do invesment 35% saving equity market and 30% in a gold and 35% rd in small savung bank. dont di the lumpsum in equity market. if you have 5 lakhs cash put into f.d with small saving bank and get monthly interest in to sip.

Welcome sir
what are the factors that can influence the corpus ..when the market is down..is there any capital risk as well in swp plan..pls explain
When the Market is down , SWP will drain the units very fast. So we need to be careful.
Sip ya pathi therinjathukaprom Lic la also long term yearly 50000 pay panrom 16 yrs of periid not this much return, waste tonu thonuthu? Already age 42 wat shall i do pls clarify
ப்ளீஸ் LIC கிளோஸ் பண்ணிட்டு, mutual funds ல போடுங்க
LIC policy will neither create a corpus not it wil give you enough life coverage. Better to stop that and invest in MF SIP. But pls have a term plan.
