Roadside Jaggery (Gur) making Desi factory

Jaggery making is a simple process comprising crushing of sugarcane for juice extraction, filtration and boiling of juice for concentration and then cooling and solidifying to give jaggery blocks. The juice is extracted in conventional crusher; this is then filtered and boiled, while touring Haryana in my beloved Scorpio I have seen this Jaggery making process & now after seeing this I can safely say that once you see how something is made then its difficult for you to eat.
