Its a great job, you do have to have a friendship with the kids and teachers. A good custodian is priceless a lazy custodian is noticed. Keep up the hard work custodians of America and world wide. The kids teachers and parents are counting on you 🇺🇲
I bet if he had to clean a nasty school he wouldn't love his job
It's called turning the campus around. I did at my first school and I made a big difference at my school now. Have a good day

Every school district is different the environment the students and the staff everybody don't help

@brandycoke713 The district I work for has 50 schools and is understaffed. So I take advantage of OT and help out at other schools after my shift
