The Foundation has tried many times to gain access to the Library to raid it, but they couldn't. As of now, only the Serpent's Hands and the GOC knows how to enter the Library.

i like how this render of a serpents hand agent is the only one in these 5 gois that has a custom face. (BUT KNOW KNOWS WHAT THE CI FACE LOOKS LIKE) also there are obviously some differences between the ingame sh and this render (like the helmet)
This sound and the sound effects reflects rather well the Serpent’s Hand GOI. But it remains rather calm, it lacks a bit of action in it. Otherwise very great job cause it’s rather difficult to find a sound theme that fit with this mysterious GOI.
I would say calm fits pretty well for the Serpents Hand. They are very peaceful despite how they’re normally portrayed in SCP games. The only reported acts of unprovoked violence by the Serpent’s Hand has been directed at the GOC, in any other case it’s always in self defense. So yeah I’d call them peaceful
