So i happened to stumble upon the forum thread where this skin transfer was proposed. In my mind its good that they made this, but it far from fixes the original issue. Being that you had to play LOOADS of lucky boxes for any skins, with no assurance whatsoever, that you would get the one you needed. This is kinda like, THE lowest resolution of a solution you could come up with, but however, still a positive progression, however miniscule. Part of the original proposal was i believe, that you could combine skins or something to raffle them for the ones you actually needed. The new system here is really only worth anything if you have already spent the money/had the luck and want to change the destination account or server. Ill say, i proposed an idea (exactly like in Mobile Legends if you know it) where skins would instead be awarded as tokens, that could be redeemed freely into specific skins, or skin sets for F/C. This new update, again hardly fixes the actual issue for any players that havent been-, or dont want to be ripped off by SC shopping, or worse LB gambling
Definitely agree with you on how this is not a complete fix, And i think we should push more for a REAL fix the whole "Weapon Skins" and the "lucky box" issue but i definitely see how this will help a lot of players who were screwed by having skins on characters not wanted. I agree with you on everything you have said but like you mentioned this is a SMALL step in the right direction, and I would like to see more updates like these.
@@RankOneOnly 100% man! And well with all said and done its good to see theyre actually doing something! Be it lackluster or erratic, it still carries a lot more potential for the game than no development and no community involvement

I know man, it was terrible and that's one of the level ranges that i hate the most.
