Everyone talking about how insane Matt Bellamy is (Trust me he is a god amongst men) but no one mentions Chris on bass. This song is surprisingly hard on bass and chris is just underrated in general.
Yeah! Also Dominic Howard; that beat with the off-beat kick drum is insanely hard to keep going for that long, i am only just able to do it before my arm comes off 😂

+DraBoomer I agree with you. They've written several great songs over the past 3 albums, but the albums themselves are just inconsistent as wholes. Resistance is probably the best of the three because it's the most consistent, 2nd Law is just all over the damn place, and Drones is a little better, but still not very consistent. All three albums have great points but they just don't gel together. I also think Drones suffers because it seems like the whole concept of the album is just being beaten to death lyrically for the entire record.
+Jackson Page what do you mean by consistency? All bands change and grow at some point, from The 2nd Law to Drones, Matt officially cut off his relationship with his S/O, and the styles definitely reflect that to some extent. That's only one example of how styles and mindsets can change in bands! You have a valid point, and I do prefer Resistance, but you have to understand that change can and is good a lot of times:) especially with a band as special and as talented as Muse!!
+Scholarly Sloth I'm 110% for change and evolution musically, but I was more referring to consistency within an album. The albums from song to song just don't flow. Like on the 2nd Law, there are so many different ideas that the band is trying to go for that it's almost overwhelming. They sound like a different band from song to song. It makes for an album that doesn't feel complete as a whole. And perhaps consistency isn't the right word for it, because I wasn't really referring to the quality of the songs, but more their style. Maybe similarity is a better word for it. The albums just can't seem to focus on one general thing stylistically. I'm not saying that all the songs should sound exactly the same, but all the songs from one album should sound like they're from the same album.
Amazing live, as always. Can't wait for May 5th, Madrid. See you there, you are awesome! Also congratulations for winning the best rock album in Grammys, well deserved :D
+D Agonyxin Damn right! I've been in love with that 0305030 riff ever since they played it as an outro to Map of the Problematique! Finally they made it into its own song!
Can we stop and appreciate the camera work and editing in the first minute here. Focused, shows exactly what you want to see and lets you appreciate a pure professional at work.
I remember this very performance appearing on youtube a couple of weeks before the album came out last year. I fell immediatly in love with the solo and got me super excided for the album.
HERE COME THE DRONES!!! The scream and the siren. Muse at it's peak, i'm talking for real goosebumps while I head bang with such vigor my glasses fall off.
Thanks for giving the drummer some love. He’s a human metronome, impeccably clean, polyrhythmic and always accenting the music FIRST! He could care less about showing off. All 3 are all about making the best music possible. Rare to find a band so talented and so humble.
Thanks for such a brilliant gig at the SSE Arena Belfast a few months ago. Awesome visual show. Still the best live band in the world. Keep it real :-)
Amazing as always :) Drones deserved that Grammy, is a great album. Siempre me recordaré sudando, saltando y cantando el 17 de Noviembre que abrieron con Reapers aquí en México :')
I saw them Live a month ago and it was the best night of my life. This song was amazing live!! Matt was such a kid in the way he ran around the the and jumped. ugh I miss it
I live in north Idaho and they never come to Spokane last time they came to Seattle in December I missed it their my favorite band and I've never seen them FML.

YES! I agree, the bass in this song is so fucking good yet it's so underrated.
Yeah! Also Dominic Howard; that beat with the off-beat kick drum is insanely hard to keep going for that long, i am only just able to do it before my arm comes off 😂
Likes Every bass man
the bass sounds like the melody to me so dam true
was thinking then same when the solo kick in
One of the best guitar riffs I've ever heard.
Todd Fawver Lots of Pantera songs have quite a bit of groove to them. All of them are pretty good if you ask me
Infamous Rockstar nobody asked about pantera
@@infamousrockstar275 Sure they do have nice riffs and great songs, but they weren't talking about Pantera, man.
@@megasmashxD Just sharing the love of music is all. Rock on!

The main riff was average but the pre chorus riff was pretty awesome
That solo gets me every time oh god
What a ridiculously small stage for such a legendary band!
small towns deserve to see huge bands aswell!
When you get a huge band on a small stage/venue, you're in for a fucking treat
Agreed
yeah, lucky them, small theaters are the most amazing experience for any show, trust me

Dude that freaking solo was cleaner than studio version, holy...!
The whole song actually
The most underrated song of Muse. A masterpiece for me.
they sound even better live o.o
Check them out around 2002 live fucking amazing
+Ben chambers I agree
the whole haarp 2007 at wembley set was godlike, named by wembley as the best performance of all time and the first band to sell out the new stadium
+iwanttosmell what new stadium ?
+iwanttosmell what new stadium ?
I wonder how many people are unaware of the fact that good music is still being produced.
Good music has always been produced, you just need to know where to look and also what you like
+Adam K They've become fairly average their past few albums. They've got the talent, but the songwriting has been slipping for them.
+DraBoomer I agree with you. They've written several great songs over the past 3 albums, but the albums themselves are just inconsistent as wholes. I can never get enough of Matt's dorky-ass jumps when when they get to the bridge to the chorus

Awesome performance! They are the best live band in the world, in my opinion :)
they are 😁👌

mhm look at deep purple & Co, the foo fighters or royal republic .. but they're awesome too
I like muse but...1 direction?
that guitar technique in intro.... just amazing. can't cover this fucking nice song so sad
belamy is the master of harmonics and weird guitar sounds and chris is a great and underrated bassist
GODAMMN PROBABLY THEIR BEST SONG IN THE ENTIRE ALBUM!!!!!! Along with The Handler that is. ;)
+VEGA4554 The Handler still holds that title for me, but Reapers is definitely a close second!
+Wesz90 Reapers and The Globalist are the best for me.
basically the handler and the globalist are my faves. but I like all of their songs 😍
+VEGA4554 Agreed!!! But I would also add Psycho...I love that bass line! Chris is the beast! ❤️
+D Agonyxin Damn right! I've been in love with that 0305030 riff ever since they played it as an outro to Map of the Problematique! Finally they made it into its own song!
the pure master of modern rock, Mathew Bellamy!!!!!!
Arguably the best live band out there!
I don't think I'll ever stop loving them.
Musicians like these are rare jewels
Congratulations "MUSE". YOU DESERVE THE GRAMMY AWARD!!!

Yeah my man, welcome to Muse!
I WAS THERE. BEST DAY OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.
Congrats Best Rock Album Muse - 'Drones' #GRAMMYs 💕💫
They definitely deserved it 👍
+Matthew Corcoran yEs x
The Globalist alone is Grammy worthy. It was a well deserved victory.
+Tietokone102 Yeah, you're right, The Globalist is a masterpiece, my favorite Drones song and also live is amazing, I loved when they played it :D
Muse is too much big for a Grammy's
Mannn that solo was insane
I'm no expert but this song must be so hard to play but they pulled it off. I can only dream of being this good one day.
Fang Raven they used to shit on these kind of songs.. they were beast on stage..
Its not hard to play, but you'll need that whammy for the solo or improvise greatly lol.
Daniel Diaz It's not hard to play, you just have to be a professional guitar player with years of experience.
Тележка С Колесиками by professional standards it's not hard
It's not that hard, once you get the hang of tapping you can basically play it.

MATT'S TALENT IS INSANE
Can't believe how perfect Matt does that solo, amazing!
What an amazing band. every single band player just bringing there talent to every single song. truely amazing!
fucking hell sometimes I forget that Muse are gods themselves on stage.
Best ever band live, so so good! And Congrats on winning best rock album in the Grammys! Well deserved
Only Muse can make this sound better live than studio.
Great performance, Reapers is so powerful. Grammy! You deserve it. Congratulations Muse. Great job. I'm so proud!
I've seen many bands in concert and Matt guitar is very impressive the sound he makes are very creative can't wait to see him again live.
I remember this very performance appearing on youtube a couple of weeks before the album came out last year. I fell immediatly in love with the solo and got me super excided for the album.
I cried during the Muse movie from that damn solo, it's just so brutally beautiful
3:13 until 3:44 is just outstanding, really incredible! Drones is now one of my top 5 favorite albuns ever.
This was one of the best performances I've ever seen. I can't find words to describe this music video. Thank you Muse for existing.
Thank God we live in a day we can listen to Muse too!
It gave me so much of chills watching it in front of my computer, I think I would probably cry of the awesomeness if I am there at the live.
HERE COME THE DRONES!!! The scream and the siren. Muse at it's peak, i'm talking for real goosebumps while I head bang with such vigor my glasses fall off.
The next time anyone says rock is dead, I'll link them to this.
I haven't heard anybody say that but if they do and you link them this then they will probably say "this was 4 years ago"
The kids in Pakistan who were killed by Reapers are more dead than rock
The drumming is amazing!!! 🤩 takes A LOT of talent!
Thanks for giving the drummer some love. He’s a human metronome, impeccably clean, polyrhythmic and always accenting the music FIRST! He could care less about showing off. All 3 are all about making the best music possible. Rare to find a band so talented and so humble.
Still rocking it live I see!!! Best live band hands down!

Tied with Handler with mercy and psycho joint second neither of which are amazing.
@@anonymouscarrot2965 mercy kinda..you know.. a pop, instead of a rock
