1. There are cameras at every intersection since 9/11. 2. Everyone has cameras on their cell phones. 3. No one else was calling the police reporting any of this. 4. One can walk faster in Manhattan at that hour than cars. 5. Harry refused to hand over his phone as he was videoing. 6. the change into the taxi. 7. Megs calls b/grid all of the time. To Pap her. 8.Megs is smiling and Doria is relaxed. 9. This lawyer has been in trouble with a Judge for doing something shady. They just want IPP status and simply are not that important.

I love how the judge said the letter was irrelevant as it was in the US not the UK. Everyone knew harry did the chase to use as evidence that he needed security. 😂😂😂

@@lilyliz3071Yes, I think that was his underlying motive. It has been said that his visits to the UK would be judged on a case-by-case basis. If our intelligence services believe there is a threat then he would get full Met Police security, but if there is no threat, he won't. Which sounds perfectly fair to me. Given what appears to be a sound solution, why would he continue to argue for something that he's going to get anyway? Unless he has an ulterior motive - i.e. the 'foot in the door' scenario you mention. If it is agreed that he should have full-on security in the UK no matter what level of threat exists, then he can argue that he's in just as much danger no matter where he goes.
Meanwhile Prince William arrives in NYC pays respect to NYC firefighters , meets with president of Ecuador, wades into the river to mix and help volunteers students , to help with the oyster charity, he takes an early morning jog like thousands of native New Yorkers do,

In America providing false evidence is a CRIME. That letter should be investigated and whomever wrote it should be prosecuted.

Lady Campbell stated that the letter is bogus. A well known NYC friend of hers investigated it thoroughly. I can’t believe that the court would take Harry or his “documents” seriously.

They called the paps themselves, they planned that so called car chase, with the intention of providing it as evidence to the court to get IPP. I don't buy it either. The taxi driver, who was interviewed immediately after the alleged event, was very credible and stated denied that any dangerous chase occurred while he was driving.

My cousin was a NYPD FOR 25 YEARS IN MANHATTAN. HE STATED THAT THEIR IS NO WAY A CAR CHASE CAN HAPPEN IN MANHATTAN. UNLESS A MOVIE FILM IS BEING MADE AND ALL CARS AND TRAFFIC IS REMOVED.
That's how we know it's all as they say in America and over here, BULL SHIT. She is a narcissist simple as that.she controls harry like robot toy. And he falls for it. Ever since she met Harry she wanted and DID change everything. Because harry is loved up, he is blind to see what's in front of him. Which is NOT a nice person. None of her family speaks to her . Not true. There was a car chase on the LES last week. Probably 40 mph, tops. Cops everywhere very quickly. Lasted a few minutes. Suspect got out & ran. So there are car chases but they are slower, much shorter, involve tons of NYPD vehicles, and end quickly.

While it is impossible to have a high speed car chase in NYC for 10 seconds, it is entirely possible to buy a letter from an official who has since retired. Why any court hears the case of proven pathological liars is anyone's guess.
From what we've seen of NY justice lately, it's possible to buy whatever you need. Just ask George Soros.

It sounds like the person who wrote the letter retired, so it's not really official, just someone's personal opinion without stating facts from witnesses and 911 calls months later. NYPD deal with a lot of famous and influential people. Harry and Meghan are no different.
There are A listers that shop, walk, go to the theatre, eat at restaurants, and they never have a problem. Megain in the cab looked very pleased with herself. No fear in any of the three in the backseat.

Considering that this was a huge contributing factor in his mother's death, you'd think Hasbeen would be a stickler for that. If any of us were involved in an appalling, near catastrophic car chase, we'd be hanging on to one another desperately and looking scared stiff. Doria was texting, or maybe sleeping, Me-again was sporting her usual wider than wide grin, and This One was snapping never to be seen photographs. You couldn't make it up! 🙄

Harry lost but even then the writer of that letter needs to be tracked down and exposed.
The text of that letter, and the fonts are different from the legal letters, I think they used the letterhead and typed in what they wanted, the printed it and handed in a photocopy. I agree, as it was dated the 6th Dec, the exact date he was in court against the sun. They put a fraudulent letter in that case too, so it's not a stretch.

The car chase was fake so they couldn’t possibly get a genuine letter could they. They had to get a fake one to match the fake chase.

Apparently the man who wrote that letter isn't even the chief of intelligence (allegedly) he's like a deputy. And he is now in the limelight. If you ask me in my opinion this is very suspicious in the timing of this letter being presented at the last minute. (Typo, I ment to say spotlight.)

Honestly it doesn’t matter he’s a politician and he can be leaned on by people above him to say what they tell him to say. Harry and Meghan both knew they looked bad after blowing this event out of proportion so they used their contacts to have it changed.
The NYPD communication departement said that there were not any suspects to arrest.

If the near catastrophic high speed chase, two hours in Manhattan, were real, there would have been hours of video of it, not only from the paparazzi, but also the thousands of people with cell phones and CCTV cameras everywhere. I’ve been to NYC, and it’s faster to walk across town and attempt it in a car, the highest speed you can get to is probably 5mph. The whole story is unbelievable.

Yes, and the 'I forgot' regarding Finding Freedom at the court case when the wife was caught out lying about her involvement in the book. Sadly, she was let off. Harry is doing the same as she and is utterly oblivious of it. His paranoia and behaviour is all driven by the wife. That letter is another example of the lengths she will go to insist it happened. The statement supplied regarding wanting to know the person's name who denied his security is from the wife, even uses her oft used word, layers...
The woman is incapable of taking no for an answer. Her thirst for fame at any cost drives her need for revenge. Textbook narcissist and a con artist. Harry is sadly doing her bidding to please her, still unaware that she is driving him towards insanity, thereby playing victim when the divorce comes. Cunning, sly, malevolent and full of envy.
I think authorities should find out the origins of this letter and how it got to the court case. Lies and manipulation once again.
Harry will go to great length lengths to get his IPP status back. His behavior is highly unethical at the least.
At the time it was reported that Harry’s detail was causing dangerous situations.

Harry said he had footage but never submitted it. The story was that his phone was not on.

Have you noticed something? They always produce some "extra evidence" at the last minute. It beggars the question as to why they got out of an SUV with tinted windows to get into a taxi? I guess this all part of "my wife/substitute mommy" must be seen which would also explain why they rolled the windows down on their bulletproof car at the Platinum Jubilee.
There is one fundamental point that no one seems to talk about, this happened in America, WTHeck has this got to do with our security in the UK? It has no relevance here, they chose to go to celebrity capital of the world !

You are not the only one that finds the letter odd. Many many questions have been raised about it and the inconsistencies surrounding the contents of the letter.
Years ago all these doubts and if - ands - or buts wouldn’t he asked or allowed !! We are getting worse instead of getting better !! He’s just HARRY…remember? He said it himself!! He is such a nobody !!

One thing to take into account, that Harry was seen filming and yet, despite many requests by NYPD he has refused to let them see his footage. This whole thing smacks of fraud in my opinion or at least attempting to thwart the judgement in his favour. If it is a lie, then it needs to be called out for that and any appeals need to be quashed forthwith.

Curiously about that mysterious letter: the word “behavior” is spelled the British way (“behaviour"). In America, we drop the “u” vowel, making that quote look suspiciously non-American. No one in New York City would write it that way. Hmmmm!

I have said this in other places…I strongly feel that the individuals in question regarding reckless endangerment- those two are actually Haz and Her. They clearly override their own securities guidance, guidance from city police, etc. They made very bad decisions, stopped in traffic, changed cars and the like. This was dangerous to others in traffic.
They have stooped to a whole new level of low. A tortoise could move faster in the streets of New York City than any vehicle.
The validity of the letter is a concern. TRG has requested copy from NYPD if it exists vs being fabricated/fraudulent.
The lengths those two try and mislead, bluster and exaggerate events is incredible. I think many people caught a whiff of fish with that letter, It was at variance with contemporaneous reports and even the timing of its introduction into proceedings had the hallmarks of trying to pull a fast one.

The word 'catastrophic', a gross exaggeration. Just look at the photographs of the 3 in the car, totally chilled. But hey the Montesito duo achieved the headlines. Just to remind everyone, MM opening the car window, grinning like a Cheshire cat, in London to wave at the crowd, both in full view. Fearing for their safety?!!! Yawn. Harry needs help to move on from his mother's death.

I was searching the comments just to verify if anyone called out Backgrid. Those are her go to paparazzi. They must have been annoyed being dragged into this court case and having two hours of their time wasted.
That NYC catastrophic car crash was a result of Meghan going through a Hertz dealership instead of the front entrance which prevented the paparazzi from taking adequate pictures. Her handlers then said, you will have a chance to take photos when she exits. What does she do? Goes out another exit so the photographers have no choice but to follow her. It’s her fault!
It was proven that the reckless driving was done by their own security people. There were only a couple of paps near by. Notice how the taxi driver has disappeared from public view.
That actually makes me concerned. Either he was paid off or warned with a letter from Sussex attorneys. To cease and desist.
Mabye he got so famous and people appreciated him telling the truth and speaking highly of the city and that it was safe; that he now has his own cab company 😀

When i went to NY it was around the time the "event" happened and we even went past a few places that it occurred.and there is no chance in hell that there was a high speed chase with the amount of traffic and the sheer amount of junctions and traffic lights.
For what I remember from that so called NY car chase, prior to leaving the event the couple was offered to leave by a backdoor so it would be done discreetly but they refused, they wanted to leave by the main door was it, where photographers were. Also on some of the snapshots of the couple in the back of the car, M seems very serene and at peace while Doria seemed to be napping, eyes shut. So the whole incident seemed far from catastrophic. To me the whole thing is a huge tasteless farce.
The judge in this case was only asked to rule on whether RAVEC followed its own guidelines and procedures and found that it did. End of. No letter from a police unit in any other foreign jurisdiction would be relevant to the question at hand.

Nearly everyone will have a camera, camera on a phone or CCTV from businesses. If there were cars on sidewalks etc. there would probably have been tens if not hundreds of photographic evidence available.
There is a video of the Police speaking to a reporter who told them that H&M's driver was driving erratically and putting them in danger. I totally agree with you that letter is Suss to say the least

There is a video of the police telling their body guard to stop blocking traffic. As they were the ones in the stationary taxi and bodyguard outside telling paps to move on. While he was doing that she was all smiles in back seat ready for her photo shoot.

Prince Harry was filming from inside the car, when asked by the NYPD for the video he refused. Also MM rings Backgrid she uses them all the time, the whole sinaro was set up as a "second Diana" pap car chase, purely for the purpose of this court case, it's so plain to see. Harry mentions what happened to his mother in virtually everything, and likens his wife in the same way. If anyone is breaching security it's his wife putting them in danger, if only he would recognise her constant want of attention and being in the spotlight telling the paparazzi where they are going, what time, is playing on Harry's paranoia.
Unfortunately his mother was being driven by someone who was not only impaired, but driving 65mph through a tunnel. Harry's car was going maybe 10mph - AND if he didn't have a fame hungry wife, none of this would have happened!
@@Susan-vl8ts yes agree, I would also add Diana also was known to ring the paps in a similar manner, on the night of her death she was advised to leave via a back entrance because of the paps outside of the front but she refused, not only was her driver drunk but neither dodi or Diana were not wearing seat belts, which it has been noted could have saved their lives. It is noted too that Harry MM and Doria were not wearing seat belts considering at "70 miles an hour catastrophic car chase" you would have thought their security in the car with them would have said buckle up ludicrous isn't it, it's so pathetic.

His lawyers should be reprimanded for presenting such a suspicious and oddly timed 'letter'. Any appeal is only going to be worse for Harry.

It seems as if when harry and his wife are caught in a lie, they double down and try to make us believe the lie, although there is evidence to the contrary. This is a pattern for them. They would have been better served to have dropped this as they have made a laughingstock of themselves once again over an outrageous story that no one believed.

I live in NY. The DA allows repeated violent offenders go without bail. Why are there no names of offenders. Streets are filled at that time. Why no social media posts via word or video. Why get into a taxi and leave security? Why not have the police escort them to their destiny? Why stay at at an unsecured private home instead of a high-end hotel with security and experience of high risk celebrities or politicians. Many more questions. They are full of nonsense.

So my question to Harry is ‘show us your footage of you being pursued by dangerous paparazzi please‘. And please explain who tipped them off as to your travel plans and route. Strange how Mrs Harkle ‘forgot about email correspondence’ a few years ago, and had to apologise to the uk court. I’ve only spent 5 days in Manhattan, but from memory the only road you could get up to a bit of speed was the motorway that sort of goes around the perimeter of Manhattan. We walked everywhere because it was faster. It would probably take 2 hours to drive from Battery Park to Upper East Side 😂

The difficulty with Harry's 'case' is that his psychiatric needs, to all intents and purposes, were , for the greater part, monitored and managed when he was part of the RF. I've had clients who have seen their really benign and helpful care as a gaol sentence and have taken occasional 'freedom breaks' (think naked Harry in U.S. etc). Clients I've worked with have always been relieved to be rescued from their escapades (escape-pades!). Chills went through me seeing Harry proclaim his 'freedom flight' and my professional head wondered if he knew he could now never be rescued and returned to safety. His tears and tantrums about security really are from utter fear that not even the 'men in grey suits' can rescue him. His cognitive capacity and personality characteristics froze into place when he realised his mother wasn't coming back thus the overgrown baby man tantrums. I worked with a schizophrenic once who came to a tragic end as (like many others-not all-do) they were on the never ending roundabout of feeling great, while taking their required medication, and then making a bid for freedom on the basis of feeling great. So Harry has the same feeling when taken up by Megan - he feels like he'll never have the same problems again-he is (dangerously) invincible. The schizophrenic rapidly descends into unbearable situations and eventually returns to that which made them feel safe - supposing the care team eventually had had enough and closed its doors to their client (it has happened) and there is no return to a semblance of perceived normality... Harry is 'tantrumming' at everyone to make them take him in and feel safe again BUT he's a grown man 'tantrumming' and, as such, he is dangerous. It would have been merely a pitiful situation if he'd managed to come to his senses and returned but there is no pity left and the care agencies are depleted, exhausted and can't care anymore. Take heed Harry, buy yourself a good shovel and care for yourself because no-one else can or will!
Stay home and be a dad, all that money chasing whilst missing time with the children its just not woeth it.
Interesting observation @psarapsych . I remember seeing a documentary several years ago. A young man saw his mother jump from a multistorey carpark, he was only about 12. Despite all the professional help, and a wonderful girlfriend he married, he could not escape his past. He was locked into the tragedy he experienced. He could not cope with his marriage, although he remained very close to his wife, they had to live apart. He did manage to work, at a mental health advice centre. It was clear he would never recover from the tragic loss of his mother, at that particular age.
Great observations. I do think Harry is somewhat Borderline tho - in his interviews he goes from sad to cocky. The things he says are so absurd, saying Meghan did the job better than those who were born into it, that his family members are 'trapped', on and on. His personality is disturbing. Angry, resentful, paranoid, not being able to separate truth from fiction. And I don't think he will ever get over his mother's death. And if she wasn't the famous and beautiful Princess Diana, Meghan would be over it and leave him. A lock of hair on his bedside table? That's just creepy.
@@davidboult4143 that's exactly what I'm describing. Some people just don't seem to develop the capacity to evolve. Not only have I worked with a few people in this sort of state but my brother is equally cemented in childhood and is highly dangerous psychologically. The difficulty is that Harry is always looking for loving motherly arms to hold him. This makes him dangerous.

Agree 100%. In America, I think, one cannot introduce evidence so late in a proceeding.
It seems their security team needs to step up & do their job. There are ways to get in & out of venues securely & without paps being present. They keep their clients in a secure vehicle with window safety locks engaged so she can't roll them down. To me it seems they are trying to replicate Princess Diana's experiences, creating situations that really don't exist for them, so they look more important & at higher risk then they are.

What you read about the cab driver getting stuck behind the garage truck made me think why would they get out of a large SUV with tinted windows and get into a bright yellow cab? Why would they think that was a good idea? Doesn't sound like something a professional security person would do. It had to be for PR and his security case.
I don't understand how they can submit perjured documents to the court, to my memory this has happened twice once with Megan and once with H, and there be no repercussions. The documents are taken at Face value by the court it seems. Of course I guess it's assuming that your barrister has some morals which may be a very big false assumption here.

I've only been to NYC once but I can't visualize a high speed car chase in the traffic I saw. The best part of their story is getting caught behind a garbage truck. TRG, The Royal Grift, is a New Yorker and has researched the letter and has an excellent breakdown of it. BlackBeltSecrets has hit the nail on the head.
A high-speed chase in NY would turn fatal. And in reality, one can't actually speed chase in NY!! If the photographers did, in fact, endanger the car - why weren't the photographers arrested & charged?? Police reported the contrary to the alleged speed chase story. The taxi driver also offered a different story confirming there was no speed chase. As for this so-called last-minute letter - why has it not been investigated? It's ridiculous with all the contradictions & lies, wasting state resources, why isn't it investigated properly. Sounds off to me.
The biggest harm that H&M feel is that no one cares about them. They can get out of a blacked out vehicle with their security and get into a clear window no security, yellow cab and nobody cares.
This happened in Manhattan, now, I would have thought that the paparazzi would have had a higher degree of success had they followed the vehicles on foot.

I don't buy it either. Something very odd in this (which doesn't surprise me from Harry's lawyer - he's an odd one). If there had been 'sufficient evidence to arrest two individuals' they would have been arrested - and they haven't. And the NYPD says it doesn't anticipate arresting anyone. The behaviour of the Harkle's security team was really bizarre, the cab driver said it wasn't really an issue - and although Harry had his phone up apparently recording, he's not handed over any photos or videos to the police. So the whole thing is just weird.

It's being said that Meg concocted and handed in the letter as evidence and it makes sense. Why would the police produce a letter for them when they never found any evidence of a car chase?
The photographers were told to meet at two different locations, when they arrived Meghans team started yelling at them, paps then got upset because they were told to be there. But Harkle camp acted like they were invading their privacy. Also Harry was videoing, where is is video. That would be all the proof he needs. This letter was sent out in error,according to the police department. I think Officer Hart (who wrote the letter) got conned and Markled
