Good thing about pasta recipes like this, is you can add whatever veggies you happen to have in the fridge - eg chopped red, yellow or green peppers, mushrooms, leeks, broccoli, green beans, frozen peas, tinned sweetcorn, tinned tomatoes etc. And if you don't have minced.ground beef, a can of corned beef will cook down and make a surprisingly good beef bolognese substitute, with some tomato puree mixed in. I might make this tonight with some chopped, cooked ham slices I have in the fridge, and chicken stock instead of beef broth. You could also substitute canned tuna for the ground beef and vegetable stock.
Am from srilanka and I enjoy watching your recipes. . The biggest problem is that we can't afford the ingredients for your wonderful dishes. So I savour just looking at them. Keep going many others would definitely prepare these mouth watering foods.
